Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach platforms.
Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with senior HR staff.
Manage follow-ups and maintain positive candidate experiences.
Support onboarding processes, including new employee integration and documentation.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Assist with stakeholder outreach to explore collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Interest in HR and supporting company growth initiatives.
